features, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You
agree to be financially responsible for your use of TravelDiscounts.com

without limitation minors living with you). You agree to supervise
all usage by minors of TravelDiscounts.com under your name or
email address. You also warrant that all information supplied
by you or members of your household in using TravelDiscounts.com

or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of
demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations
facilities of TravelDiscounts.com shall be used only to make legitimate
reservationsor purchases for you or for another person for whom
you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse
or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of TravelDiscounts.com
may result in your being denied access to such facilities. Separate
terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase
of the travel-related goods and services that you select. You
agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed
by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not
limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with
all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares, products
or services.
You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties,
taxes and assessments arising out of your use of the travel-booking
features of TravelDiscounts.com. TravelDiscounts.com expects that
you will not use the service to violate anyone's copyright, trademark
or other intellectual property rights. By submitting material
to the Travel Discounts Sites, you are representing that you are
the owner of the material, or are making your submission with
the express consent of the owner. Submitting material that is
the property of another, without the consent of its owner, is
not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject you
to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark or

NO SOLICITING
No soliciting. You agree not

to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any
kind, without our express written approval.

defend and hold harmless Travel Discounts News, its affiliates,
and their officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and
suppliers, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages
and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from
any violation of this Visitor Agreement or any activity related
to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you
or any other person accessing any Travel Discounts Site using
your account. This Visitor Agreement has been made in and shall
be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
By using this Travel Discounts Site, you consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California,
in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or
use of this Web site or any of the Travel Discounts Sites. In
the event that any portion of this Visitor Agreement is found
to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity
or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity
of any other portion of this Visitor Agreement, which shall remain
in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or
unenforceable portion were not part of the Visitor Agreement.
By using the Travel Discounts Sites, you agree to abide by the
terms of this Visitor Agreement.
